    <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to know why I can’t use certain features when I’m paying for the service monthly? It still says I’m on the “free version” and I’ve had it over a year now and been paying my monthly fees, they come out of my account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, how do I change the amount of a cancellation fee?? I’m a hairstylist and I can’t even find that info anywhere anymore. I also want to know why or what I can do to keep a credit card on file for future faster check outs??&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To get the monthly fee issue sorted out, I suggest &lt;A href="http://squ.re/contact" target="_self"&gt;contacting the Customer Success team&lt;/A&gt; directly. They'll be able to take a deeper look into your account and make sure your settings are as they should be.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
