i would like to suggest 2 features needed for appointments and transactions.

- voiding transactions. Instead of refunding accidental charges. As these still show as a charge in our reports and messes up our numbers and reports. Also for cash refunds still show up as if the money is still in the drawer when it shouldn’t be. This also messes up the end of day reports when closing the register. atleast with void it’s as if the transactions never happened, but it would show voided transactions in the reports.

- merging or grouping appointments: I get a lot of family appointments that tend to want to check out together. But because there’s no way to group the family, they have to charge their card multiple times.
being able group the appointments will make thing easier and faster for checkout process

These features should be added for all appointment subscriptions

Was there an error it gave you when trying to post? I was able to post in the appointments feature request section.

It kept taking me back to some screen each time I tried to post it . I’ll try it again later
