thread appointment syncing in Appointments & Bookings

I have a squarespace website and use their scheduling for clients to book their own appointments. When I schedule them using my square account, when it syncs to the squarespace calendar, the clean up time I schedule after each client does not sync, and I am having trouble with clients booking too close together, I don't have time to go into two scheduling systems and mark out the extra cleaning time I need after each appointment
