    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have done the same. As a board game restaurant and bar, we invited our top spenders in with their friends and said we would not charge them or their friends the $10 cover charge for playing games. It works pretty well and brought in a lot of new customers. We also use a comeback program for customers who spent well but have not been in for over 4 months, and it works well. Important to make it as simple as possible for them to book in and take advantage of the offer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Something we started last year in 2024 is that we ran a smart marketing group and found our top 20 purchasers for the year (I actually did last 8 months).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Those customers will get a surprise gift in the mail with a hand written note from us telling them how much we appreciate them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We use inventory we already have on to make these gifts and for a $20-30 investment per person, it does give quite a ROI.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(we have 21 customers that have spent over $3500 each in the past 8 months)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The easiest way I figured to do this was under customers-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;customers &amp;gt; directory &amp;gt; + create group &amp;gt; smart group &amp;gt; top spenders &amp;gt; then put in your purchase details (time and total parameters).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I kept messing with it until I got 20 people &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One time I announced in my newsletter that I was going to randomly choose three customers to send them a set of gift tags featuring my new design. They didn't know I sent them to all my customers.
