I'm Sean, a Product Manager on our Payments Team, and I work with @Tom, a Community Manager, to help make Pride in Business a useful place for all of y'all!

Greetings! We are happy to be here! From our humble small business you will find a myriad of creations, all from the hands, hearts and minds of a pleasant trio of Canadian makers. From home decor, to pop culture collectibles, to visual treats of the "left of center" nature, we are sure you will find something for everyone. Not only do we strive to include creations for people of all ages, but we also create to be as inclusive as we can. Our family is proud to be a part of the LGBTQ+ community in Peterborough, ON. Here you will find products meant to represent everyone in the collective rainbow that makes up current society.

Introductions

Dawna, the fiber arts diva, enjoys crocheting & knitting so much its rare to see her not in the middle of a project. With a focus on creepy, horror-related pop culture, you can find her on IG under the moniker @thehorrifichooker. She tries to squash the idea that "crocheting & knitting are just for old ladies"! Her passion primarily is amigurumi but she has also been known to create home decor items & wearables appropriate to season.

Laina is the wire wiz of the group. What started out as a way to keep herself busy & to avoid smoking, has turned into a full time passion. She strips wire from old electric cords & upcycles it into beautiful trees of life. Incorporating both man-made & natural elements, semi-precious stones & battery operated LEDs, her creations truly are one of a kind. She's also been known to delve into wire sculpture from time to time.

Finally, but certainly not least, is Kash, the self taught visual artist. Beginning in grade 5 with some Anime how-to books from Chapters, through high school & scores of sketchpads, we fast forward to now. They are now creating their amazing works on the digital level, with a focus on monster girls. Dreaming of becoming an animator, this creator is on the precipice of greatness!
