I've tried everything I can think of including trying different barcode inputs from the user guide, different usb ports on the Square hub, a factory reset on the terminals, and the latest software updates. But every time I try to get the terminal to connect with the scanner it says "No compatible barcode scanners found." The scanner works fine when I plug it into a laptop to test if it reads barcodes, so the scanner hardware isn't the problem.
