How to change device location

Hi All,

So we have several devices that are linked with multiple locations, one of the devices is being moved from one location to the new location. How do I change this?

I have looked everywhere on the dashboard but I can't see the option anywhere, do I need to change it on the device ?

I'm looking for this too and not finding a clear answer! We're trying to switch location for one of our handheld devices and the instructions all say there should be a dropdown but there isn't - any support with this would be great thanks

Are you signed into the devices with a device code, or do you log into the device with email and password?

If it is with email and password, it is simple to do in the app, click the more menu, scroll to the bottom, and click switch location.

I believe for Device codes: You would need to make a new device code for the other location you want. I don't see a way to edit the code or, once logged into the device with the code switch locations.
