Cash drawer opens without transaction

Our cash drawer opens without a transaction being made. Faithfully at 10:02 AM daily. We are wondering why this is happening and how we can fix it?

Hello @JulieP, I am happy to investigate this further. What cash drawer brand and model are you using? Also, is your register that is drawer connected to up to date? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

@MayaP yes, we have done all of the troubleshooting. We are using the star micronics system with our register. Everything is up to date. it only happens at one register in one location.
