    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/760906"&gt;@Fiveoclock&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Were your orders printing before and now aren’t or have they never printed before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they have before, there may have been an update that messed with your printer profiles.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On your device, More -&amp;gt; Settings -&amp;gt; Hardware -&amp;gt; Printers -&amp;gt; Profiles. Check to make sure that your profiles are matching your known printers and are configured correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they haven’t printed at all, then we need to set up a printer profile for online orders.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi fiveoclock , ive been having same issue. I deleted app, deleted printer and printer profile and its back up and running. Think the thing that worked was deleting the profile and setting up again. Try that to see if that works first. But yeah think everyone having same issues after an update.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
