The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Square Dashboard Pop Ups cannot be closed?!

Alright. Enough with the dashboard pop ups! Now we cannot close your useless AI advertisement? There's no "X" anymore It covers any options/menus and makes the system useless! It's bad enough that every single time I need to add or edit an item I have to click away "Introducing item types" and other annoying pop up for features I cannot use.

Hi @vodhin,

When I sign in to my Square Dashboard on Google Chrome, there's an X button available that I can press to minimize the Square AI pop-up. I'm wondering if you try signing in to the Square Dashboard on another web browser (like Chrome or Microsoft Edge) if you see the same issue?

If you click the little diamond icon in the bottom left corner of the screen, does this minimize the pop-up by any chance?

I'll keep an eye out for your reply.

I have a similar problem. The x doesn't work on the AI pop up in the dashboard sidebar. It's blocking functions.

Sorry to hear this, @difdrum! Is this happening on multiple web browsers? If you click the little diamond icon (shown in the screenshot above), does this minimize the Square AI window for you?

I'm having the same issue in both Chrome and Safari. Neither the X or the AI diamond icon work to close the pop up.
