Loyalty Check In - Square Handheld

Hello,

We're currently testing our Square loyalty setup pre roll-out and I'm having issues trying to check in on a Square handheld using the digital Apple Wallet pass.

The handheld only seems to let me search for customers by name or phone number, not by them checking in using the digital wallet.

Am I missing something? Or is this simply not yet supported? I'm in the UK if that makes a difference.

Help would be appreciated.

Hi @JonnyHBX, thank you for your post, and welcome to the Square Community!

I checked in with our Account Services team on this, and it looks like at this point that the loyalty checkin via digital pass can be used on the Square Register, but not the Square Handheld at this time.

What I might suggest though, is adding this feature as a Feature Request on the Square Community. There, Sellers are able to add new ideas and improvements to our products, which then may be eventually implemented by our product managers.
