&lt;P&gt;It's recommended to update your Printer Profile settings directly from the Square Dashboard &lt;EM&gt;(accessed via a web browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge)&lt;/EM&gt;. This way,&amp;nbsp;any changes made to the profile will be applied to all printers that the profile is assigned to.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here's the steps below:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/636106"&gt;@Katie_SQ&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- that worked.&amp;nbsp; It's a little convoluted and counter-intuitive, as this used to be at the POS and easy to find, but your solution worked.&amp;nbsp; It was *always* set to "manual", but some recent Square update moved the location of the setting and then switched it to "automatic".&amp;nbsp; I suspect I speak for most people when I say things like this are frustrating to the user base and completely avoidable.&amp;nbsp; That said - very much appreciate your help.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
