    <description>&lt;P&gt;This usually happens due to a stuck print job, driver issue, or a printer status error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cancel all pending print jobs and restart both the printer and computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unplug the printer for 2–3 minutes, then power it back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Update or reinstall the printer driver from the manufacturer’s website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check ink/toner levels and make sure there’s no paper jam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the error persists, reset the printer to factory settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;In most cases, clearing the print queue and reinstalling the driver fixes repeated error messages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Something is jamming or not reading the path of the receipt correctly, look for paper buildup or dust. Can of air might help as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
