Hi there @sulamaestra. Your team members can use their phones. If you have a WiFi connection (not hotspot), you could return your Terminal (assuming it is new) and replace it with a Square Handheld. Or you can use any mobile device/tablet that is connected to your phone's hotspot.

Also, can you elaborate on why the Terminal is undependable? I've never found that to be the case. It would help to know EXACTLY what makes it undependable for you.

I need two people in my booth to take payments at the same time. I have my phone. The terminal I bought is a hit an miss, mostly a miss, so undependable. What are my options.

Thank you, the terminal is undependable because it will not consistently hold a wifi connection. Some festivals have 100,000 people so connecting is ridiculously slow.

@sulamaestra @sulamaestra I feel your pain. We work at State Fairs, and on some days the attendance is 100,000-200,000 people. What we have done to keep our devices connected is we bought a business internet hotspot. Ours is from Verizon, but all the other carriers have them also. This is not the pocket-size hotspot; it’s the size of a thick book, and the WiFi is much more robust. We’ve never lost WiFi connection with it, and at times we are running 2 Square handhelds and a Square Terminal, plus our phones and a laptop are connected also.
