Email verification not working

I keep getting an error message when verifying my email. It says I have to do this because otherwise something won't work, but it doesn't work. I keep getting an error message that I should try again later, but I've been trying this for weeks and it still doesn't work. What can I do?

I definitely want to help get this sorted out, but I’m not fully understanding the issue yet. Can you share where you’re seeing the prompt to verify your email? Does it appear when you try to sign in?

Any additional details you can provide would be helpful. If you have a screenshot of the error message, please upload it as well. If you don’t see the option to add a photo, make sure you’re signed in to the Community.
