Just to prefix, i am very technically capable and work in the field of IT.

For the death of me, i cant seem to get my iPad which is running Square POS to recognise and find my printer.

Local network access is on for Square app.

Tried static ip and says no printer found.

Confirmed there is connectivity from ipad to printer using Epson TM app and web browsing to IP which works.

Thought it could be a certificate issue but installed the self hosted certificate and still nothing.

Anybody have any idea?

I have tried Square POS on my android phone and it finds the printer on the network straight away.

Any idea how to fix iPad POS?

Appears that even USB connection doesnt get recognised by Square POS iPad.

Everything works on Androis though.

Extremely stange.
