&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;In order for me to look into this further, I will need some additional information:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;What devices or devices are you using? Is it the Square Reader?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;If so, have you gone through these troubleshooting steps below?&lt;/FONT&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Reset the reader by holding the power button down for 20 seconds, until you see the red lights.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Forget the reader from the bluetooth settings of your device.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Turn your bluetooth off and on again.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Make sure you have the most up to date iOS or Android version, as well as the most up to date version of your Square app.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may also need to allow the device to charge for a while. Once the device has charged for a while, are you seeing any lights?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
