An update to Square Point of Sale was recently released. The latest version of the app is &lt;STRONG&gt;6.80&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Could you please check the Google Play Store to make sure you have the latest version of the app on both devices? If your app is already up-to-date, please proceed with the troubleshooting steps listed &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/4992-square-point-of-sale-app-troubleshooting" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the issue still isn't resolved after completing the troubleshooting, please let me know, and I can escalate this further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to Save New Items to Existing Open Tickets</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The title of this thread has been edited&amp;nbsp;by a Square Moderator from the original:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;"Open Tickets not working as usual"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As of today, we can't add items to tickets without going to the orders screen and opening the ticket beforehand.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have always been able to just input the items, hit 'save ticket' and then select the ticket to add the items to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When we hit 'save ticket' now, the app claims there are no open tickets - we can only save to a new ticket.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has this been intentionally broken (sorry, 'a new feature') or is it likely to be fixed soon?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We run two android tablets into one printer/cash drawer.
