Report credit, debit, cash percentage l

On the report, How can we see percentage of how many credit card payments, debit card payments, and cash payments?

So far I only see number of the dollars numbers of CARD and CASH. But it doesn't breakdown between credit and debit.

Hi there @indoflavour.. I am not aware of any standard Square report that tells you the percentage breakdown. I had thought that Square AI could come to the rescue here. But it is still in Beta and has a number of quirks and missing pieces as training of it on Square's data models is ongoing. So.....

The Payment Methods report has the breakdown between debit and credit card types. I was going to suggest that you download the CSV, but the CSV does NOT contain that breakdown, so I hit another brick wall with that. I checked a couple of other reports with the same result.

You CAN ask Square AI "what percentage of each payment method were used for yesterday's sales, in dollars?" But this will not break down "Credit" by card type. You'll have to manually get those numbers from the Payment Methods report and do the calculation manually yourself. At least until Square AI has been trained to do that, which I requested to the product manager today.

That's the best I can do.

Yeah, this URL https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/sales/reports/payment-methods will give you the break down but not as a % you would need to convert that
