How long does it take to get your reader after you order it?

Hello, how long does it take to receive the reader after it is ordered? We have been waiting on pickup instructions for 5 days.

@Sjbelf1989 Welcome to the community. Is it the free Square reader? If so it can take 5-10 days to receive it from Square. You also stated you were waiting on pickup instructions. Did you order it from Square or somewhere like Best Buy?

If it’s the contactless reader it should take 5-7 days.

Also you can look at your Square Dashboard → Devices / Hardware Orders — there may be a status update for your item, if you ordered it from Square

May be different in the US, but here in the UK they are pretty quick, less than 5 working days has been my experience.
