      <description>&lt;P&gt;For some reason when trying to issue a partial or full refund the process goes through until the customer puts in their card and then a message pops up saying, unable to complete-contact bank&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted my bank and they assured me it was nothing to do with their end so I am contacting Square for some help and a resolution to this matter&lt;/P&gt;</description>
