Custom gift card numbers

Hi!

I wanted to register giftcards but to get a card number, I have to create an egiftcard.

I don’t want to use physical cards but I’m wondering if theres any way I can put in any 16 digit number of my choosing and turn that into a giftcard number? (without having to create an egiftcard)
