Square for Restaurants section printing

Hi everyone,

I have a very weird issue.

I have two printers for two sides of an event, East and west.

To each of these printers is connected 10 IPads with Square for Restaurants to do service out in bleachers. This system works well and prints chits that we can fulfil, with each chit having a section number with the sections built in the floorplan(C2, C50, etc).

Occasionally however, the receipt will not print with letter before it and will be fore a completely wrong section. Sometimes the number will even be higher than the number of sections we have.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How are the section numbers in the floorplan added to the chit ticket? Are they automatically assigned, or is this something that is manually inputted by a team member?

Could you also provide a screenshot of your chits settings so we can see your setup?

I have servers going into floorplan, clicking the section they are in, and then processing payment. So section to chit is automatic after that.
