&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;An email address can only be used on one Square account at a time. If your team member’s email was previously linked to another account, they'll need to either:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Use a different email address to create their new account.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Update the email address on the original account to free up the one they’d like to use.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once one of these steps is taken, they should be able to set up their new account without issues!&lt;/P&gt;
