My event link is live, but my discount code is not working. Why?

Could you let me know a little more about the Event you're selling? Is this being sold Online as a site item, in house at your Point of Sale, or as a service through Square Appointments for example?

It’s worth keeping in mind that Square Appointments doesn’t currently offer the ability for clients to enter a promo or coupon code, when booking online.

If you’re selling the event online or via payment link, but not through Square Appointments, would you mind also sharing the link and coupon code, so that I can look into it further for you?

I'll keep an eye out for your response.
