However, I’m frustrated by an ongoing issue that seems like something Square should have addressed by now.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3" color="#000000"&gt;As an art gallery managing sales, I typically export Excel sheets to organize transaction data, which works well for final reporting. However, sometimes I need a quick overview of specific sales based on item notes without exporting and sorting through a spreadsheet. Unfortunately, the search bar in the Transactions menu is extremely unreliable, making this simple task unnecessarily difficult.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3" color="#000000"&gt;I am using Square on my computer, not the app (which I understand has its own search issues), and I’ve primarily encountered problems with the &lt;STRONG&gt;note search function&lt;/STRONG&gt;. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3" color="#000000"&gt;Despite entering the exact note text—sometimes even copy-pasting it—the search returns no results, even when I know for certain that transactions with that note exist. I have tried troubleshooting, but the only viable alternatives are either manually scrolling through transactions (which is time-consuming) or exporting an Excel sheet (which I prefer to avoid until the end of an art show).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3" color="#000000"&gt;It’s disappointing that such a fundamental feature is either broken or unreliable. If the search bar doesn’t work properly, it should either be fixed or removed as an option rather than misleading users into thinking it functions as expected.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3" color="#000000"&gt;Additionally, the Transactions window could use improvements beyond just the search function. It would be extremely helpful if:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3" color="#000000"&gt;We could customize what transaction details are visible when scrolling.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3" color="#000000"&gt;The &lt;STRONG&gt;customer profile&lt;/STRONG&gt; could open in a new tab instead of the same window, which would greatly streamline the process of contacting buyers for artwork pickup.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3" color="#000000"&gt;I’d appreciate any insight on whether Square is actively addressing these issues or if there are any known fixes.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I would suggest making a post in the ideate forum, show some screenshots of data you are looking at and data you are trying to get and what it should do. Search is something that has improved over time but is still lacking in many areas. The more requests and the more traction on those requests the better.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Feel free to tag me. I know there are some things in beta that might improve some of this but they are very limted in scope currently, but that is all I can say about that. Consider joining beta's as they can really help give you a direct line for feedback also &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
