&lt;P&gt;I've seen this happen before. What you will want to look for is your &lt;A href="https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/locations" target="_blank"&gt;Location Details. &lt;/A&gt;Once there, you will want to Select your Location(s) and edit the Business Hours Time Zone. If your problem persists after modifying the hours, please let me know here so I can investigate this further.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Missing Sales on report</title>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hi Square Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I’m located in &lt;STRONG&gt;Yukon, Canada&lt;/STRONG&gt;, where &lt;STRONG&gt;Daylight Saving Time is not observed&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Recently, I’ve noticed that my &lt;STRONG&gt;sales reports are showing incorrect dates&lt;/STRONG&gt; and in some cases, &lt;STRONG&gt;sales appear to be missing entirely&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;After some digging, it looks like this might be a &lt;STRONG&gt;time zone mismatch issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;. My business operates year-round on &lt;STRONG&gt;UTC -7 (Yukon Standard Time)&lt;/STRONG&gt;, but Square seems to be shifting timestamps as if we were on &lt;STRONG&gt;Pacific Time&lt;/STRONG&gt;, which does observe DST. This is throwing off the daily sales reporting and making reconciling quite difficult.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I’ve already checked my &lt;STRONG&gt;Square Dashboard&lt;/STRONG&gt; and can’t find an option specific to &lt;STRONG&gt;Yukon Standard Time&lt;/STRONG&gt; — only &lt;STRONG&gt;Pacific Time&lt;/STRONG&gt;, which doesn’t work for us due to DST changes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Has anyone else in the Yukon experienced this issue?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or does anyone know how to force Square to stay on &lt;STRONG&gt;permanent UTC -7&lt;/STRONG&gt; without adjusting for daylight saving?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I’d really appreciate any help or insights from the community or Square staff. This is crucial for accurate reporting and accounting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
