    <description>&lt;P&gt;We are not getting a print receipt option after any transaction. &amp;nbsp;We have been using our square stand for almost 2 years with no issues. We can not print anything reports, tickets, receipts. &amp;nbsp;Our printer is showing as connected to the stand we just dont get a print option. &amp;nbsp;Any help with this would be great.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have a few&amp;nbsp;questions for you.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What kind of device are you using?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;if you're using an iPad are you using the Square Stand?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Also is you're receipt printer USB, ethernet, or Bluetooth?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
