    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just received my swiper. Tried a visa. It says card not charged swipe straight through.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After several attempts it takes me to Lets talk about you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There it wants me to re-enter all of my information again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All ready have my bank account set up. So that is working .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not sure what to do.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;

I'm guessing that you just created your account, so I'm including this &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5123" target="_self"&gt;Getting Started Guide&lt;/A&gt; that you might find helpful. We have some folks who don't completely activate their account and that can prevent you from taking payments (or practicing) in the beginning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here are the instructions for taking payments with&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5174-swipe-card-payments-with-the-square-reader" target="_self"&gt; Square's magstripe reader&lt;/A&gt;. If you're still having trouble, let us know and we'll see if we can figure out what's going on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have filled in information several times.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Keeps saying we have encountered an error.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Manybe because we are a new build it is not accepting the postal code.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have no idea.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Wish I could talk to someone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not very good customer service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can only phone when you have account and you&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;cannot set one up then how can you start????&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;WOW.&lt;/P&gt;
