&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. It sounds like you might have the Point of Sale app downloaded on another device and that's the one that requires an update.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you Chad.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I think we may have figured it out...maybe.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Issue may have been due to&amp;nbsp;the type of card that was used.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We don't hold a lot of events, so we don't get much of a chance to process multiple playments&amp;nbsp;using differnt types of cards.&amp;nbsp; We think the customer that was tying to make the payment was using a format that isn't accepted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
