&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about the trouble. I would suggest looking into the updates on your hardware first.&amp;nbsp;Most of these issues pop up due to updates that have&amp;nbsp;not yet been installed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You should be running iOS version 12.3&amp;nbsp;(just released), and Square App version 5.12.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If are updated&amp;nbsp;and are still having difficulties, this&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5112" target="_blank"&gt;troubleshooting guide&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;may help.
