&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;(You could see this error if you bought the reader in Canada and then travelled to another country, e.g. crossed the border to the US.)&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you're still having issues please call &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/ca/en/article/4993" target="_blank"&gt;our Customer Success team &lt;/A&gt;so we can investigate!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My reader will not pair with my Apple diverse, states that it is for another country. I bought it from staples in canada, they won’t take it back, is there any way to change the country?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
