Is anyone else being charged fees on refunds?

I took in a transaction today and had to do a refund a few hours later. Square is charging me the fee for the transaction. Has anyone else experienced this?

Sorry to say it but yes, square changed the policy a little over a year ago and transaction fees are not refunded like they used to be. Long story short: None of the other major competitors do it and now square doesn't either.
