Hi there I have the debit square and have used for several years. For some reason it’s not working and it’s fully charged. Has anyone else have had this problem? Please let me know how to correct as I have a store

As your product is older, it is possible the mag strip reader (MSR) contacts are dirty. You can get card reader cleaning products on line. Specifically, there are MSR cleaning cards available through Amazon, NewEgg, and various other providers.
