&lt;P&gt;I believe the app must be running in order for tickets to automatically print, however, I'm trying to get clarification for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm, the orders are placed&amp;nbsp;from your online website, correct? Are you using third-party delivery at all?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After setting it all up - I am able to get the KOT print automatically, but only if the Square app is running actively.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the Square app is running in the background, the KOT does not print, unless you switch to have this app running in the foreground.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a problem because we do use our iPad for other functions and find it overkill to have a dedicated iPad just for KOT from Square online orders.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
