Problems closing the Square Terminal Door

I purchased a box of thermal receipt paper with each roll being 1.5" in diameter. When I replaced the roll that came with the Square Terminal, the new rolls that I bought wouldn't fit. I think it actually bent something as the door won't stay closed now. 😤 I've ordered a new door, so hopefully that will fix it and I'll know better than to go with the 1.5" diameter rolls that are recommended! Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so, did replacing the door fix the problem? It's really annoying that this happened on the first day using it.. otherwise it's a fantastic machine!

Thank you for reaching out. Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with the Square Terminal paper. The dimensions for ordering third-party receipt paper for Square Terminal should be 57.7 mm x 15.2 m dimensions. If you run into any further problems let us know!

Can you please tell me where you were able to perchase a Square terminal door? I called Square and apparently it's not an option... but basically, I'm having the exact same issue as you had. So frustrating!
