      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have bought two square readers within days of each other and I have gotten the same error message for both when it comes to getting the firmware update.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The message is 'reader firmware update failed'&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried a number of different things - I would like to know what this specific message means and what to do to fix? Or do I take this square back to the store like I did the first one?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
