Terminals seem to be resetting/refreshing every 10 seconds

Hi,

Wondering if anyone is having issues with square terminals resetting/refreshing every 10 seconds or so. I am able to get to the passcode screen and then it disappears and resets. This started a couple of hours into our business day.

We are able to use our single Ipad but need to get our terminals working.

Is this perhaps related to an update pushed to the terminals today?

Any thoughts or help would be great. I am guessing this is system wide.

I'm sure by now you were notified that Square was experiencing some disruptions yesterday. I apologize for my delayed response here, as we were trying to resolve the disruption as quickly as possible.

Luckily we were able to resolve this disruption quickly. I apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused yesterday!
