If you are getting any error message can you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have three square terminals, one of which constantly displays printer issue. &amp;nbsp;Is this a defective unit or is there something to do with it to stop the warning?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It’s the actual square terminal itself, not a connected printer. &amp;nbsp;It just shows in red at the top of the screen “printer issue”. &amp;nbsp;Yes everything is up to date, I bought three terminals at the same time the other two are fine just this one which makes me think it’s a defective unit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
