Square Gift Card with woocommerce - This code does not exist

I sold a gift card on woocommerce. Card was created. I can see the card number in the woocommerce order log. Customer receive the notification: This code does not exist when trying to use it with a woocommerce order I tried it, and it doesn't work on woocommerce website, but it work on the square website.

I use a plugin for a multi steps payment. Could that be the cause? Note that code not from square work.

With integrations like WooCommerce it can be difficult to understand the logic of what happened. In most cases, the plugin you are using allows selling Gift Cards but doesn't allow redeeming them. Since you were able to use it in Square I recommend reaching out to the WooCommerce team, so they can confirm what could be happening.
