      <title>dipped chip not auto populating custom ticket name</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When dipping the card, the chip is supposed to read the name off the card and auto-populate the custom name for the ticket.&amp;nbsp; I realize that not all cards will have this, but I tried every single one of my own 6 cards (both debit and credit) and none of them seem to work.&amp;nbsp; Brands are:&amp;nbsp; Capital One, RBC debit, RBC visa, PC Financial MC, RBC business debit, Walmart MC.&amp;nbsp; It is highly suspicious that not a single one will work.&amp;nbsp; I have powered the reader down, disconnect, reconnect with the same poor results.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
