      <title>10 gen iPad connection issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a 2nd gen square reader that I’ve been trying to connect to my 10th gen iPad. I have checked compatibility, and made sure my iPad is up to date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed the step by step video a couple times after it hadn’t worked, and I have also taken the recommended steps to forget the device on both my iPad and square app, but nothing has worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it just keeps popping up “square reader has failed to connect”&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_0326.jpeg" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.squareup.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/46496i0EAD96CF35D38C6D/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="IMG_0326.jpeg" alt="IMG_0326.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have even reset my network multiple times, restarted my iPad etc, and have not found anyone else online about this problem either.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also have purchased another square reader to solve the problem but nothing has worked. I hope someone can solve it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
