Epos Now Ethernet Printer Link With Square

I was wondering if there's a way to connect the square terminal to printers that are connected to the same Ethernet. I have a brand new Eposnow printer connected to the same Ethernet line but cannot see it on the available printers in the terminal settings other than Star and Epson.

The Square Terminal is compatible with a number of different printers, however we can only guarantee functionality with the devices listed on our Compatibility Page.

Having looked at the printer list above (filtered to Terminal & Ethernet), I do not see any Eposnow devices listed. However, I would suggest that you cross-reference the make and model in case the device was manufactured by a 3rd party and simply carries the Eposnow branding.

If you do believe your device to be supported after taking a look, but you're still having issues, there are some troubleshooting steps you can follow from our Support Centre.
