    <description>&lt;P&gt;Brand new reader won't connect at all thru Bluetooth, I have done all the troubleshooting multiple times over and over. I am about ready to leave as they don't ever help and push to buy new equipment, which I just did for the second time in 18 months&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If it's been less than 30 days since your Reader was delivered, you can return it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;We will refund your purchase price in full and cover the cost of return shipping.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
