&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear about the frustration with your reader not pairing. Bluetooth and pairing issues are some of the most frustrating! I am going to outline some troubleshooting steps below. If they don't work, let me know and I will escalate further.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P data-start="830" data-end="985"&gt;If it still won’t connect, you can try resetting the reader by holding the button until you see four red blinks (about 20 seconds), then try pairing again.&lt;/P&gt;
