    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;We use both the Appointment and Retail apps on one iPad that is constantly connected to one stand. When opening the apps we often have to reboot the stand multiple times for it to connect.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Square support solutions to date have been to replace the hubs and the stands. The problem still persists.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The iPad IOS is up to date and the Square Appointments and Square Retail Apps are up to date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The only issue I can see now is maybe it is the interface of the stand moving between the two apps that it doesn't like. We are constantly rebooting the stand a couple of times in order for it to connect.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thoughts??&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could try using the beta apps and see if that is the issue? I would also seek to clear cache, and app data for the apps and refresh to see if that helps?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you opening seperate apps or using the modes?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/ca/en/article/8458-use-modes-with-square-point-of-sale" target="_blank"&gt;https://squareup.com/help/ca/en/article/8458-use-modes-with-square-point-of-sale&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
