Feature Request: Configure Customer Group Discounts via Android devices / Less fragmentation of services

We have noticed that the Customer Group Discounts feature is only available on iOS devices. We would like to see it on Android devices.

Less fragmentation of services

On a more general issue, it would be good to see less fragmentation of Square services and functionality. There are sometimes hoops the user has to jump through in order to accomplish things. For example, if we wants to sell Gift Cards he has to go to POS as it can't be done in Invoices; if he wants to create a Customer Group discount this has to be done in iOS because it can't be done in Android; if he wants to view an Estimate on Terminal he has to use another device because they are not available on Terminal; Coupons aren't available in Invoices or POS only Online; and etc.

Please try and reduce this fragmentation so services and functionality are consistent across all devices and platforms.
