&lt;P&gt;Currently, order tickets do not organise themselves automatically before they are printed, they go in the order that the item has been added to the order.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There are two potential workarounds here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you’re using multiple printers, you can also send specific items to a selected printer, for example, send drink orders directly to the printer located at your bar. When configuring your printers, make sure to select which item categories will print for each one.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You could have it so there is a single item per ticket, and you could have someone assigning the starter and mains (etc) tickets manually.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any ideas how to show and group items into their categories when sent to a printer? For instance&amp;nbsp; starter, main, drinks, etc. Or is there simply a different approach I'm missing. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Alegra,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We've started adding orders in the category order. It would be great for this to be added to your backlog, seems like a similar request is happening in the US.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
