I have created new items, but cannot find any place to enter number of items available (stock). Would love some help

@susansq welcome to the community, when you put up an item is it a single item?

Right below Variations, you will see Stock, click on Receive Stock.

The box that will pop up, you will see Add Stock, enter you quantity there and click done.

If you have multiple variations in one item, Under the items, click on Manage Stock.

Then click Select Reason, and select Update Stock , add inventory.

That used to be how I added inventory but now the option under variations is either a) add low stock alert or b) manage stock.

under manage stock there are no options for entering a number.

When you click on manage stock, the window that pops up, click on select reason and then click one of the options.

So, by adding a variation (I called “none”) I was able to access manage stock …”.reason” “adjustment “ “new stock”.

Again, thank you ! I now have a workaround, but seems like system glitch to have to add a variation in order to enter inventory amount.

Are you just putting up an item with no variations?Like the photo below?

If so just click Receive Stock, and a window will pop up and you can add the inventory where the red circle is at.

This is if you don't have any variations for you item, like size or color.

i added variation and the manage stock is grayed out, any thoughts
