    <description>&lt;P&gt;I usually put all cash sales through my pos. This allows me to see what stock sold at events. This weekend, I was missing some of the cash sales. I've&amp;nbsp; tried logging onto the square website to see if they are there but alas no. Another strange thing is that each time I completed a cash sale the app seemed to lock up. I was only able to process the next sale by closing the app and reopening. I have a feeling there's a glitch in the software.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Going through &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/4992-square-point-of-sale-app-troubleshooting" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;these troubleshooting steps&lt;/A&gt; might fix the issue. Note that you should first download the diagnostic report and the support ledger before attempting any troubleshooting in &lt;STRONG&gt;Support &amp;gt; Troubleshooting.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
